Receptionist / Moorings co-ordinator
We are currently seeking a well organised individual who enjoys interacting with the public to take over the running of our main reception area and manage moorings and hardstanding operations.
Responsibilities
Typical tasks would include:
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis
- Answering the phone
- Answering emails
- Organising the reception area, filing etc.
- Managing mooring allocations – invoicing etc.
- Serving customers with diesel, gas, coal, pump-outs and chandlery items.
- Stock control and ordering of the above.
Requirements
No particular experience required and full training in marina specific operations will be given. However, previous experience in a customer facing role would be a distinct advantage
The main requirements are for someone with a friendly demeanour, strong organizational skills, and an eagerness to assist customers. Consideration will be given to both full & part-time roles and we offer good rates of pay/pension/holiday.
